1.Return Window
We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after the date you receive your physical item to request a return.
1B. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Personal care and grooming devices (electric massagers, scalp massagers, face rollers, body trimmers)
- Undergarments, innerwear, and adhesive body tapes once opened
- Baby care items that have been used or opened (bibs, safety pads)
- Pet care products once opened
- Any item explicitly marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page
2. Return Process & Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@vardanthub.com. Returns must be sent by mail to our official returns address listed below.
For defective or damaged items, please email a clear photo or video of the damage or defect to support@vardanthub.com within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after 48 hours without documented evidence may not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Costs and Methods
For Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If the product arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, Vardant Hub will bear the full cost of return shipping. Contact us immediately at support@vardanthub.com so we can provide a prepaid shipping label or arrange a pickup.
For Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you are returning the item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong variant, the customer is responsible for paying the actual cost of return shipping. There are no additional restocking fees.
4. Exchanges
To exchange an item, contact us at support@vardanthub.com within 14 days of delivery. Subject to stock availability, we will arrange an exchange after the original item is received and inspected.
5. Refunds & Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to clear and post the transaction. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at support@vardanthub.com.
For orders paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed as a bank transfer to the account details provided by the customer. Please share your bank account number and IFSC code when contacting support for COD refunds.
